I guess I am missing something here.  Unless you have coil rear springs,
those little twist in lifters will not work on a Spitfire.  With the
transverse leaf spring that is stock on the rear of all Spits and GT6's the
twist in lifters will only work on the front.

I have parted out Spits that have those things in the front springs and I am
sure that they did correct a problem with sagging springs.  However, I would
opt for replacing the springs in that case.  It is treating the disease and
not the symptom.
