I once had the check engine light turn on because I was too low on gas!
Just because my car stalled and sputtered as I was pulling up to the
pump! I hope I'm never that broke again.
SPITFIRE CONTENT:
I recently brought my spit back on the road after a few years in the
garage. I promptly ran out of gas nearly the first time I drove it. Turns
out the float on the sender got stuck at around 1/8th of a tank left.
I also blew up the transmission (hence the post last week). I should have
a replacement tomorrow, so I know what I'm doing tomorrow.
I've still been driving it though (I have no other better functioning car
right now). I just can't use 1st or reverse!
