Non Triumph, but LBC anyway

There's a guy in town that wants to unload a 1953 Jag XK120.  A picture is
posted at the link above.  He wants $35 to $40k, but that's negotiable
(maybe as low as $30k).  All have is a couple of pictures.  I'm going to
look at it this afternoon.

What do you all think I should look for, other than the obvious bondo, none
standard equipment, warped panels, etc?
