Well, I'm only days away from moving my Spit into its new home.  For those of 
you with more, shall we say, "professional" garages, I pose this question:

What is a good garage floor coating?  My "ideal" requirements would be (in 
order of priority):  1.  *DURABLE*!!  2.  Non-skid.  3. Easy to apply.  4.  
Readily available on the market.

Please, no recommendations for tile floorings - I really want something that is 
a permanent coating.
