One fairly easy, convenient solution is to go to a dedicated supplier such
as Andover <http://www.andoauto.com/hardware.htm>, who supplies "Mounting
Bolt Kits" and "Reinforcement Plates" for this purpose, as well as a
variety of belts. NFI, but I've purchased and liked their products!

Thanks Andy for the link. It looks like Andover has most of the hardware
that I'll need to install my seat belts.
I really like the reinforcement plates with a welded nut. This should do
just fine when bolting the mounts to the floor.
