Fitting Tonneau to MkII spitfire

Listers,

Thanks for the info re: the fitting of tonneau covers.  I inwardly digested it
and the archives and bit the bullet last weekend.  For anyone who may need to
fit one in future, here's my experience.

It went mostly smoothly, resulting in only mild swearing and minor injuries,
took about 4.5 hours including stopping for food, and I'm 98% happy with the
result.
