Being the ornery misery-loving cuss that I am, I used hide glue like the
'good old days'. Of high school shop class that is... I found a bonus
advantage to it- if you do get some minor lumps (like you don't clamp evenly
or don't have a vacuum clamping system) you can use an iron with a few
layers of newspaper to protect from scorching and soften it to allow
