Just to clarify Joe's reply ever so slightly, I do NOT believe this swap
is possible with the older three-rail, "no synchro on first" gearboxes.
In those, a "parallel" conversion could use a Vitesse 6 (1600 motor, HB
gearbox) gearset, etc.
