Foil faced carpet underpad

Using the foil face carpet underpad from Pep Boys or elswhere may tend to keep 
the moisture in the pad a lot longer when it does get wet resulting in 
continued rusting and mold/midew of the insulation. I guess the California and 
Arizona people don't have to worry about this problem.
