Dear Listers, I know this has been covered ad nauseum, but I am facing this task soon. My question is this: I have a factory hard top (steel). will this provide the needed structural support for the body by its self? I'm not in the mood nor do I have the space to remove the door and weld in a brace. The hardtop is a standard winter item and it would make the job easier from me. (I will be doing the replacement outside...the garage is full of my TR3 project. Brian Smith Bogalusa, LA (about a hour north of N.O. La.) |
