Mk IV Bonnet Pivot Bushing

I'm assuming I need a new bushing for the bonnet hinge on my Mk IV - I can 
lift the front right corner up about 1/2 inch with the bonnet closed. I 
can't actually see them listed in any catalogs - anyone know where I can 
get them? Any tricks to installing them?
