front brake bleed

A quick question:  I rebuilt the master cylinder and now can't bleed the front
brake system.  Fluid will flow out of the left front bleed nipple, but when I
use a SpeediVac bleeder, it will not suck a drop of fluid out.

What did I do wrong?
