Among the Spitfire parts I've collected is a pair of half axles from a '79 Spitfire. My understanding is the '79 shafts are about 1/2 " longer than the ones currently on my '72. Is it possible to swap the '79's for the '72's ? I assume the '79 radius arms would also be required, which should be out there in the pile, err, 'long-term storage area'. TIA ...
