Thank you to everyone that responded to my question about the bonnet opening.
Everyone said the opening should be the same. Terry Thompson pointed me to the
exact problem. The GT6 bonnet prop was 24" long the Spitfire's was 30". So
some time along the line it got shortened for some reason. Now all I have to
do is find or make a replacement.
