Horn relays are meant for high current, short duration.  Fast reacting, but 
minimal contact area.  The coils will burn out if used at full rating for 
anything more than short bursts.  For an OD setup, you want something that 
can supply heavier current constantly for hours at a time.  In this 
situation, look for relays meant for headlights, fog/driving lights, or 
even the air conditioning circuit.  The lights are closer matched to what 
you are looking for though.
