Based purely on the pictures, there's a couple of points of interest.

The clutch disc on the left (grey) appears to be a semi-metallic, while
the one on the right (brown) appears to be purely organic. The
semi-metallic clutch disc will last longer, all things being equal. It
will also handle harder loads than a purely organic disc, and will not
smoke off as easily. It will be slightly harsher on engagement, and
will score the pressure plate and flywheel more than an organic clutch
disc will. The clutch disc on the left also appears to have superior
riveting.

Very little can be seen of the pressure plates, because the clutch disc
is laying on them. But the one on the left appears to be a lighter
unit than the one on the right. This would reduce mass and increase
throttle response (slightly), but it would also make it slightly easier
to stall. The pressure plate on the right appears to have heavier The
mounting tabs on the right hand (brown) pressure plate appear to be
directional, and stronger, then the ones on the left hand pressure
plate. The mounting holes also appear to be superior on the right hand
pressure plate.
