I have checked out all the Spifire parts suppliers catalogs for more than a
year now. Spitbits, British Parts Northwest, The Roadster Factory and some
others had comparable prices and were generally cheaper than Victoria
British sell price. I thought they were all selling the same parts. I bought
some Weber stacks from Advanced Performance Technology and they were
definitely inferior to the ones I had, but they were the same diminsion and
should function the same, if not as visually pleasing. I bought some weber
jets etc. from Pierce Manifolds and I would bet they were the same as APT
but cheaper. If some suppliers are selling Chinese crap and others are
selling old rusty English crap, I think it is the spitlist members duty to
shed some light on this subject.
