I agree with Dan, but would say that the reinforcement plate is absolutely
mandatory if the plate isn't already in place. The holes are about an inch and
a half from the edge of the pan, just forward of the drainage channel that
leads to the sills if I recall correctly.

Lower outside corner of each floor pan. There is/should be a reinforcement
plate on the bottom of the tub at this location as well. If not, it is
definately recommended as the thin sheet metal of the floor pan isn't up
the task for seat belt use in an accident.
