Hi, I recently acquired a Spit Mk IV chassis with engine and gearbox (not
overdrive unfortunately).
Now I also have a Spit Mk II engine ( FD 23635HE) valve seats converted to
unleaded.
I wonder if the Spit Mk IV engine ( FH 32016HE) is better than the MK II
?
Also I notice that the leaf spring on the MK IV has only 5 leaves whereas the
Mk II has seven leaves. Which one is best ? Thanks
Any ideas anyone?
