fitting chrome strip around windscreen

 Hi Guys

could anyone help with fitting the chrome strip around the windscreen on my 
gt6 it was missing when i bought the car and ive decided to fit one but i'm 
having problems any advice would be much appreciated.

 Also my hazard light switch has come off the dashboard it just needs 
screwing back but i need to know how to get behind the fascia to screw it 
back in. thanks
