Yes, it can easily be done with a trolley jack. Just place it under the
pan, with a block of wood to spread the load over the pan, and jack the
engine that way. I'd suggest removing and replacing just one mount at a
time. That way you don't run the danger of a floppy engine falling
over.
It's a quick and easy job changing the mounts.
