I still need to find a source for a hub removal puller. I have tryed the
places suggested and they were either out of the tool or not responding to my
inquiries. I am still looking. Any more suggestions?

The correct tool used properly never fails. Remove hub nut and washer - fit
protective cap to end of shaft, bolt tool down (flange must be al least 1/2
inch thick) with wheel nuts, tighten tool with 3 ft stilsons, hit hub at
right angles to shaft near to brake back plate, tighten tool, repeat until
hub comes off and the shaft flies across the room - great fun.
