tyre size

I am about buying new tyres for my spitfire mk3. 
original size would be 145 13R it is quit difficult to find
165/85 13R is a more common size and has only -1.53% difference to the
original spec. or
170/80 13R has -2.90% mistake
have you experienced clearance problems for this or other tyre sizes?
