Back from a long absence (after my TR7 stint [smile]) I am again
thinking of taking on a Spitfire restoration project. However, I'd like
to do a Toyota 16 valve DOHC engine conversion. Dan Masters' website
has pictures of just such a conversion
(http://members.aol.com/danmas/spittoy.htm), but there are scant details
on its execution. Any listers have any first-hand experience of this
conversion? I'm curious as to the mounting difficulties, especially.
