Decals - I just made sure there was nothing (e.g. wax, polish, dirt
etc.) when I put mine on. No problem, except I feel they stand up more
when I wash or polish compared to the old ones so I take extra care when
I work in those areas.

Board - there should be about 8 mounting points that take metal screws
along the top and bottom. make sure that there are the clips that the
screws go into and not just a simple metal bracket part. The screws have
just plain washers I recall. The screws and washers are black
anodised/painted type.

Stickers - have not had to do them but I suspect like the decals they
just sick onto a nice clean surface assuming they are self adhesive,
otherwise a dab of your favourite appropriate adhesive.
