Yes, I got mine at free shipping time.
I believe there are now more offering in the US. Moss now lists one (maybe not
a sports but regular replacement) and Spitbits as well ( header and sporst
system). My Rimmer one was made by Phoenix. It may be the same ones as the
others offer.
FYI the Rimmer header fitted a treat and a few fiddles with the exhaust to get
it the way I wanted. But I'm really happy with it. It was the quiet version.

Every now and again (about twice a year) Rimmers do a 'Free Shipping' offer
- that would be the time to place your order for the exhaust! It might be
worth contacting them and finding out when they are next doing that, and
deciding whether its worth waiting that long to get your exhaust.
