Be sure to get that legal release of interest and use of the image from
Haynes. Making T-shirts or any re-use of an image from a
catalog/manual/preprinted material is considered a copyright violation
which is a felony in the United States. Don't put list members in the
awkward spot of committing criminal acts by buying such items if you can
help it.
Write to or contact Haynes about your project- they may have a better
quality image already available that would give better results, plus they
can tell you right off the bat if they authorize the use of the
image. That way nobody gets hurt later when lawyers get involved.
