Scratch the solid axle - Grassroots motorsports magazine

Anybody looked at the grassroots motorsports rotospit articles?  Are they
any good?  Do they give enough detailed information to reproduce the rear
end setup?

I don't want to spend the money to get the magazines if they suck.
