Try this:  Connect a piezo buzzer in series with a diode from
the parking light circuit to the ignition circuit.

If the lights are on and the ignition is off, current will flow
through the diode and buzzer.  The only potential problem is that
the current must make its way through the ignition circuit to ground,
probably via the gauges.   But I bet most piezo buzzers use
far less current than the gauges, so there will be little voltage
loss.

No PCB necessary, just some electrical tape!
