I just remembered something that Ive been meaning to ask for months! I have one
connection on my carbs that goes nowhere.
Current Connections (as usual names might be wrong, and its from memory too):
Breather pipe (Y connection that goes to engine)
Fuel line (in)
Pipe that goes from float bowl to float bowl and around the air filters (?!?)
And then on the rear float bowl there is a connection that currently goes to a
rubber hose that goes nowhere - it currently dangles downwards. I think that it
used to go to the other float bowl - but on the new carbs there is not a similar
connection on the front carb.

Its the one on the far left - it goes north-west (to the photo) and then comes
down underneath the bigger pipe that goes around the air filters.
So where does this hose go?
I only found out after a month that K&N filters werent meant to be black, but
red! Mine were ridiculously dirty - there still not as bright red as in Alan's
pictures though.
