MkIII Sunblinds

I need to drill holes in the Spitfire MkIII windscreen frame to attach the
brackets for a pair of sunblinds. The brackets are the same as on the 1500 and
the blinds are original Stanpart stock.

Can anyone tell me where to drill the holes? I assume we measure from the
centre where the mirror is, I plan to use Rivnuts unless someone has a better
solution.
