Anytime you disturb the manifolds, intake or exhaust, it's a good idea to
replace both since the amount of effort to get to either requires the
removal of the other most of the time. Replace both gaskets with fresh and
you shouldn't have any leaks. Intake leaks will definately make idling
rough and a serious loss of power.
