We often hear about bad service from our LBC parts dealers but in order
to be fair I think we should make known good service as well.
I called Moss this morning at 9:00 AM EST when they opened as it was a
bit of an emergency. Seems on the way home from breakfast my brakes
decided to take a vacation. Not fun. So I ordered the parts I knew
were overdue for a change and went out to do some prep work. I found
one of the lug nuts was stripped. Probably when I got my new tires
and the pimple-faced kid who didn't know what the third pedal was for
tryed to air-wrench the lugs into oblivion.
But to get on to the real story. It was 9:40 AM when I called them back
to add a few new lug nuts to my order. It took them about 5 minutes to
find it. Seems it was already packed on the dock waiting to go out.
That's service!!!
If your reading this, great job Moss Motors. You can plan on getting
more of my business in the future and a hearty recommendation to anyone
who asks where to find parts.
