Kevin,

There's a simply method to follow with Moss, (or anyplace for that
matter).  If you don't ask, it's an automatic no.  If you do ask, it may
still be a 'no', but then again, it may not.  The better argument you
make, the better chance for a 'yes'.  Good luck.
