Tim,
Triumph's quoted output for a new, standard 1500 UK engine is 72 bhp (as far
as I remember) - and that would be at the flywheel. So, you've got 10%
extra power, plus whatever the loss between the flywheel and the wheels is
(not sure how likely that is to be).
Sounds like a useful increase to me! Whether that is typical for your
set-up, I'll leave to the more experienced tuning gurus...
