Reminds me of returning from the first time I took my spit out
to Arizona. My brother and had been driving for about 14 hours,
and finally we pull up to our house. The car had run perfect the
whole 1800 mile trip. As we turn into the driveway there is a strange,
grinding mechanical noise. It sounds BAD. We give at each other
a kind of "well at least we made it home" look. Rev the motor. Nothing
changes. Shut the motor off. Noise is still there. Across the street
is a pond full of frogs, in spring croaking frenzy. So many that all
the croaks blend together into one loud, continuous noise. ;-)
