Angle grinder! Fast and effective.
Hacksaw... slow and effective.
Budget on replacing some or all of the bolts. It really is worth it if you have
to remove them ever again...

Only to get the rear trunion bolt out. You will need to hold the trunion in a
vice while you bash, pry, push or drill out the trunion bolt and bush which
will have rusted in there!!!! You may manage with out pulling the hub....it's
your choice.

Have them shot blasted first, then powdercoated stright away (Same day).
