All perfectly true, but you have to bear in mind how much harder you are
working when driving a Spit - mentally and physically.

There is nothing to worry about if you do stop, stretch, have lunch
somewhere, go for a walk, etc. It's the thought of driving non-stop
(except to fill up with petrol) that worries me...
