With all the moving I have done with the military I have found this fact to
be very true. Another thing is their prices are not fixed. You can argue
and get much better prices, or wait a couple weeks and get better prices.
The best I have found is Budget, followed by Penske, the worst - you guessed
it U-Haul (and they have the nastiest trucks).
