I was just contacted by Richard Sharp, of Rimmer's, who was kind enough to
look into my recent order, (and subject of my ranting and raving), and he
calmly explained the circumstances behind what I considered an awful shipping
charge. Unfortunately, the items were backordered, so I will not see them
anyway. However, I was happy to receive the e-mail, and wish to retract my
previous statement on the matter, and let you all know I will consider
Rimmer's in future purchases.
