getting the bushes on the sway bar (anti-roll bar)

Hi list,
Just been rebuilding the front suspension with urethane bushes, and have
come to the problem as to how to get them onto the anti-roll bar (sway
bar for the US readers!). Anyone have any tips, as they are pretty
tight?
