I was in the local PPG Paint store today picking up some paint for a couple of
projects and I noticed several gallons of custom mixed paint on a
shelf. On closer examination, I discovered that one gallon of acrylic enamel
is Brooklands Green (PPG mix code 45190).
I asked about it and was told that those cans of paint were ordered and never
picked up. If I was interested in any of them, I could have any or all
for half price. I asked how much the Brooklands Green was and was told that it
goes for about $107.00 per gallon but I could have that one for $50.00
plus tax.
Now, I don't need any paint that color (although I think that Brooklands is one
of the nicest greens that was painted on Triumphs) I am prepared to
buy it and bring it to VTR if anyone is interested.

Joe Curry
