Mike,
I'm not sure which horn goes on which side in the UK. My low horn is on
the left. Better yet, the horns have the letters "L" and "H" on them in
raised letters - I believe it in the mouth of the horn.
There are several things that you can try to fix the horn. There is an
adjuster screw on top of the horn. You can also try cleaning the contacts
or spray electronics cleaner in the mouth of the horn. I did all of this
and none of it worked! I ended up buying a pair from a wrecked car. Now I
have an extra high horn - too bad I'm not in the UK.
