A body shop isn't going to drill out all the welds to fix a fender. They
are probably quoting a patch panel which would require them to cut the
fender at some point inside the real attachment points.

Aftermarket crap fender yes... OEM at $216 in my book
Anyone think they can drill out all the welds, position, shape
and reweld a new fender on in 2.5 Hrs!
