Haven't delt with them, never heard of them. However, I did try the toll
free number, and it works from Oregon. So, they're at least still in
business. I assume you're writing them at help@radiator.com? Have you
tried one of their other addresses, such as dealerships@radiator.com or
affiliates@radiator.com?
