Ok everyone, we must be blind, according to the current owner of the Movie
Spitfire, it was in several scenes of both Austin Powers movies, except for some
editing cuts...
Here is his response to my email asking about it.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your e-mail. As I mentioned, I am away
from home and didn't have access to my e-mail immediately. The car appeared
in the scenes outside Austin's pad (both movies, although hard to see in the
first movie), in the scene where Felicity Shagwell rescues Austin and they
pull away in her Corvette (second movie, best place to find the car), and
misc background shots. It was used in the scenes on Carnaby Street
specifically when she's trying on clothes for Austin. He was standing next
to the car, but because of editing, you don't see the car. I have been
trying to locate edited footage from NewLine Cinema and am waiting for
further response. The previous owner, Hollywood Picture Vehicles, did
furnish me with a copy of the rental agreement with NewLine. That, of
course, is included in the sale.
