Pleasure Suzie .
No South African Triumph Library [ yet :-) ] , but over the years I've been
fortunate enough to obtain a few books , memorabilia and other literature .
Making photostat copies won't take food from my table and sharing this is
the least I could do for my friends and fellow enthusiasts .
Though " Triumph Parts SA " sounds nice , it's a no-go . I'll only be
selling to myself anyway . If I had a Triumph business it should rather be
called " TSRS : Triumph Support and Rescue Services " , definitely a
non-profit organisation :-)
Like I've recently written to a friend in the USA ( also on this list ) :
Over the past year or so I've received a lot of help , mostly from
enthusiasts from far away places ( for which I'm eternally grateful ) , and
I've always tried my best to help fellow enthusiasts wherever , whenever and
however I could . I have never and I don't think I will ever make any money
from my Triumph passion / obsession / hobby . That does not mean that I
think it is wrong to make a wee bit or to recoup at least your expenses ,
but as an enthusiast ( a poor one that may well be ) it saddens me when a
fellow enthusiast becomes " sharky " . Don't know if you are familiar with
that term in the USA or rest of the world ?.....
...Wait a minute I'm starting a lecture here , not good . Sorry , I get
carried away sometimes . Oh yeah I'm not saying anyone on the list is a
shark , most are human :-)
Some people are passionate about Triumphs and some people are passionate
about making money . For me , Triumph is a way of life :-)
Kind regards.

So, does this mean that, apart from having a budding Triumph parts store and
dealership, you also maintain the South African Triumph Library ? Suzie
