Hi Spit-Listers!
I am woking on a '74 1500. I converted the brake system to DOT 5 fluid and
was starting to do the same for the clutch cylinders. I received advise
that DOT 5 would quickly deteriorate the aluminum cylinders. I know many
motorcycles have aluminum cylinders and use DOT 5. Does anyone have
experience with this?? Is it a problem? Is therea a way around it?
