What are a pair of SU HS2's worth?

Curious, what are a pair of good used HS2's from a 69 MKIII worth? They 
could probably use a rebuild kit, though the only problem is that the choke 
sticks on one of them. No manifold. Friend of mine has a brand new in the 
box pair that he bought years ago that are "surplus to requirements" so 
considering selling mine and buying his. Trying to figure out the net cost 
to me...
