Wow! You mean that you don't live in a Third World country? (L.A. and some
adjoining cities not counting as the L.A. Dept. of Water and Power aren't
having these problems!)

there-yesterday when we were running on fumes, they said on the news that
Canada sold us some electricity-along with Oregon and Washington State.
